Directions for "I AM" Poem Project: Due -- Your block day Sept. 22 or 23
With your partner, write a poem about your geographic feature using personification.
Create a “Geo Person” using the human -bodypattern, but you may modify the shape any way you want.
Choose the BIG construction paper size as your background.
Use the “I AM” poem template found on the wiki to type out your poem. You will print out the poem and then cut out separately the three stanzas. Then paste the three stanzas around your “geo person.”
You may draw or print out pictures about your topic and then cut and paste onto your project.
Color or decorate your “geo person.”
You MUST include a TITLE and a MAP that shows where your topic is located. Format it so it is small and will fit on the project.
Place your name on the back.
